Post Taking creatine and l-glutamine at the same time

I was told to take creatine for 3 months, then quit it for 3 months. In the 3 months of quitting, I was told to take l-glutamine within those months. Then go back to creatine, and then off for 3 months, ect.

Back and fourth.

Should I do that?

Or should I take creatine at the same time of my l-glutamine? Also, for how long? 3 months?

What is this 3 month crap?

There is no reason whatsoever to cycle creatine.

Taking creatine and glutamine at the same time is fine.

Take it until you run out.

I think you should stop asking these people at the vitamin store questions!
