Pro hormones and Heavy Duty training.
My split is like this:
Monday Chest 2 sets to failure Back 4 sets to failure Friday Legs 2 sets to failure Calves 1 set to failure Monday Delts 3 sets to failure Bis 1 set to failure Tris 2 sets to failure Friday the same leg workout. On tuesdays and thursdays i have kung fu for 1.5 hours each time and i train my abs there as well. I have done 4 cycles in the past with great success, doing almost the same workout(the same exercises and i didn't do kung fu then), but i trained Monday chest/back wednesday legs friday delts/arms My question is, would i benefit from doing a prohormone/prosteroid cycle while on this split or should i change my routine?
