hi, i'm a 21 year old male, 5'11 and 178 lbs at 18% body fat... i'm looking to cut my body fat down to 8-12% with the help of some supplements i just picked up the other night... ephedrine and caffeine pills...
the ephedrine's are 25 mg and the caffeine's are 200 mg...
i took one of each yesterday morning for the first time and all seemed to go well... just a little bit more of a wake up for the morning i suppose... ideally i'd like to take it before i train but i train in the evenings and i'm affraid if i take it that late then i won't sleep...
with my current meal plan, i'm hoping by adding these supplements i'll be able to shred body fat like never before... can somebody suggest how much of these i should be taking?
i was going to take one of each in the morning for a week... and then maybe once i've built some tolerance i might be able to take some again at 4 PM and still be able to sleep at night...
Your body get used to the effects after a while, I take some litterally 1-2hrs b4 bed and I am fine. I think build up to it and maybe take once in the morn, once in the aft, and one more 2hrs b4 training. If you have trouble sleeping drop the one in the latter part of the day. Also where did you get the 25mg. U can only buy 8mg and he have to use 3. 25mg doses are now illegal to sell.
