1-Ad Stomach Pain ??
I just started my 2nd cycle of 1-Ad and it makes me feel sick as a dog. So I'm stopping tomorrow and waiting for my Super One+.Anybody else have this problem?
Not sure I'll like transdermals but they gotta be better than oral supps.

Ivé been taking my first 100mg's in the morning with a Whey protein drink,apple and oatmeal.Second with lunch.no third.My first cycle was no problem,strange HUH?Tks

That is strange, have you been taking any other supplements or drugs like Ibuprofen lately.

No haven't taken any other drugs except acetaminephin a couple weeks ago.
I have been taling Alpha Lipoic Acid though.Not sure that would have an effect.But will take today off and maybe try again tomorrow.TksLive Well- Live Long- Keep Rockin

Do you take it before you eat or after? I had stomach problems, but I noticed that if I took it before I actually ate my meal, the stomach aches went away.

No I took it with food.Maybe I'll try it with water first in a few days.Still I'm not 100% sure it's the 1-AD.Thanks
