For you guys that have tried or maybe know either one of them??
Which cycle is better?? Which cycle do I get hard, lean and add more muscles???? Is it Super ONE+ or Syngex 1 combined with Syngex 2??
How long is a cycle?? I am 6'2 and 220.
I am about to start a cycle next week, but don't know which one to pick.
    Thanks for any feedback

I would go with Syngex 1 & 2. It is a more complete cycle, but SO+ would give very nice gains as well and would be easier on the wallet.

Most people reccommend 4-6 weeks on these two products. You will not need an anti-e while you are on, but you want to pick one up for safety reasons. Post cycle many people use 6oxo, clomid, nolva, and Aromadex. Personally I think post cycle supps are overrrated, but you may want to use of the products I listed. If I had to choose I would go with Aromadex. Yes, I love VPX products.

Yes post cycle is when you should take it. The reason I said for safety reason is because there is a slight chance of gyno from using prohorones though I have never heard any case of it.

Do you mean who makes one or what does it do. Two choices are Aromadex by VPX and 6oxo by "monoply" Ergopharm.

I have never looked at the exact science of how they work, but my guess would be that they bind to or reduce the activity of Aromatase. Maybe someone else can better explain this

Well despite what some people think all estrogen is not bad. Some estrogen actually promotes a more anabolic enviroment. However, too much can be very bad. Side effects such as gyno, every males worst enemy except a few freaks. Another side effect of estrogen are water retension. This is someting I hate. I hate being7% bodyfat but retaining water and looking smooth.

You are confused buddy. I think you are reffering to cortisol aka the muscle destroying hormone. Let's make this easier. Are you using AAS or Ph's or are you just trying to learn more? The average normal healthy man does not need to worry about estrogen.

after using pro hormones for a while your body begins not making as much nature test so when you quit taking the artificial test so to say ,your nature test levels are really lower and estrogen increases if you dont use an anti estro(test booster) to bring your nature levels up to speed ,( estrogen makes your muscles softer)not having that hard mass we all want ....` correct me if im wrong on this but thats my take on this matter
when you cant hear the music in your head phones ,cause the guy next to you is grunting out one more rep and cussing at the weights remember .... that guy is probably me
