swole v2 usage question

    swole v2 usage question

    been reading about swole v2 and thinking of trying it.

    curious though - does the container instruct to use different serving sizes based on bodyweight?

    i was thinking of taking it twice a day as directed but only 1/2 serving size each time. seems weird that i'd take same amt weighing 135 as someone 100 lbs heavier.

    what do you think?

    I ended up taking about 1 1/2 scoops/twice a day.

    The orange tastes like Tang. When mixed with vanilla protein powder, it tastes like something else but I don't know what.

    I follow the instructions and take one scoop twice daily, but I am probably bigger than you.

    The orange is good. The flavor is strong, but you get used to it quickly. Since I mix the Swole into my already-flavored shake, I may opt for the flavorless Swole next time.

    Fruit Punch is good! I like orange too. Either one would be good. Depends on which you like best.

    I like the orange, it's a little tart but good.
