    Starting New

Ok so for now I have been taking creatine and glutimne (vitamine shoppe brand) because thats what was recomended for me in the begining. I have also been taking EAS simply protien. All of these are running low and I need to get some more. My question is which are recomend?

Protien-I currently take the EAS but find it is lower in protien and such than others like Opt Nut. So which would be good? I was also reading the post about syntrax nectar, is that ok or should I stick to traditional items??

Creatine-I have heard of people saying Cell Tech is garbage and this and that but once someone asks them whats better it never gets answered, so I was wondering which you guys recomend? Also in the stickie it says to spike the insulin and eat carbs. For the spike I hear of people taking like a scoop of gatorade powder and mixing it in w/ the shake or liquid they are taking their creatine with after the workout. Is this OK or is there something better to take? And for carbs I eat a 1/2 cup of oatmeal after the gym or if I need to leave and need some real food its like tuna and veggies is this ok? Or should I be eating more or something else?
And glutime, what brand do ya'll recomend. Like I said before Ihave been taking cheap stuff and have had minimal results from it and am looking to get serious now. Any help would be great.

I like to buy the better brands. For protein I normally go with Beverly. I also use their glutamine on occasion. Syntrax Nectar would be a good product to try. It is actaully on my list of things to try. For creatine I would go with either Sann V-12 or VPX Plasma Expandor.
I used oatmeal post workout in the past, but GP turned me on to white rice and I have been doing that lately. I have 1/2-3/4 cup depending on what phase I am in along with whey. I follow this with a whole food meal about an hour later.
