Take a stronger dose closest to your workout.
I’ve just started a cycle of 1-AD that I plan doing like this:
Week 1: 300mg per day
Week 2: 400mg per day
Week 3: 500mg per day
Week 4: 600mg per day
My question is with the 400mg and 500mg weeks, when would be the best time to take the stronger dose(s), morning or evening? In otherwords, for the 400mg week would it be better to go 2 caps at breakfast, 1 cap with lunch, and 1 cap with dinner. Or would it be better to take the 2 caps with dinner?

ya I second that, and on offdays, probably with your highest protein meal, as maybe more will be synthesized b/c of the extra test (I'm not sure on this though)
