    1-AD questions

Hi, i'm a 16 year old male and i've been going to the gym for about 2 months. I'm taking l-glut, whey, aminogen, multi vitamin, and TRAC creatine(only the days i work out). I've heard alot of good things about 1-AD but most of the sites I see say you should be 18 before using them. Is that just a legal thing or will I get messed up if I use it right now? Also, if I begin taking it should I take it like once daily since im so young? And for how long should I cycle? And what dosage should I take the 6-oxo and for how long? (Sorry if some of these questions were already answered in the FAQ) Any feedback is much appreciated!

    Thanks,
    -Thomas

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT touch ANY Prohormones untill oyu are at least 21 and have at least been training for 2 years. At 16 you will fuck yourself up. Seriously. Bone growth can be interfered with, hormonal imbalances may not be restored as they would for someone older.

Also, at two months training you need not worry about supplements at all except protein IMO, but if you insist, go off the creatine for a month then start over do a loading phase 15-20g a day x 5 days then 3g a day maintenance, EVERY DAY not just on training days.

    Good Luck

besides, 1-AD wouldn't even work for you. Your hormone levels are through the roof right now. Take advantage of the next few years. I wish I did

Also, I don't know about TRAC creatine but if its liquid, go with powder. Creatine is not stable in liquid beyond 1-2 hrs, regardless of what the manufacturer says. All you get with liquid Creatine is Creatinine, a waste product.
