    1-ad

I am getting ready to use 1-AD within a couple of weeks.

I have been lifting for a while and I am wondering what the typical results have been with this product.

    I am 200# and about 16% B.F.

How old are you? Before 18 years is not recommended. It's too early in life to be adding pro hormones to your body.

Mmmm interesting. I just started my first 1-AD cycle. I'm 47 years old, 6'1", 215 lbs. We should compare notes after we are done.

I read quite a bit about 1-AD supplementation and from what I could gather the typical gain is around 8 - 10 lbs, on a first time cycle. Strength increase seems to vary with the individual.

Athough I'm only starting my third day, I already have experienced the lethargic feeling noted by others...

I just thought I'd jump in here on a quick note guys.Gains are equivalent to caloric intake and intense training along with 1-AD.On my first cycle I only gained a couple pounds due to a low carb diet and caloric deficit.Something to consider before starting a cycle. And Yes definitely a letargic feeling but strength rush also.Oh by the way I'm 49 but feelin pretty dam good.

Thanks kdwa1. That's good to know. I have been on a low carb diet (80-100 grams per day) averaging 2000-2100 kcal per day to cut for about 8 weeks. It has worked well. But for the 1-AD cycle I have already increased my calories to 2800 per day and upped the carbs to 200 grams.

I always workout hard on a 3 day on/1 day off split.

Looks like your doing it right JP.You may even consider carb cycling as in Twin Peaks article.Ivé been doing it for a couple weeks now and feel more solid.Body fat seems to burn better.I'm running about 3,000 calories per day now and training 2 on -one off- two on- two off,but may go 5 on two off for awhile because of the higher carb intake and caloric volume.Always gotta make adjustments.
