Anyone tried or know anything about dorian yates pro-anabol. I heard its meant to be like legal steroids but im not sure. Im thinking about trying it as my progress is not as good as i had hoped it would be. Any thoughts?

Hey friend.I wouldn't bother with the gaba either.Go with vitamins,minerals,good protein powders,creatine,glutamine,and a solid diet and training program.With these elements in place you can't go wrong.

i think i will stick with your advice. I was basically looking for something to help my recovery as i am always tired and feelin like i've got a cold. I might give zma a try

ZMA is good.Just make sure you take it on an empty stomach b4 bed.Also,take glutamine...it will help keep colds at bay.
