Question Just how heavy on the Kidneys & Liver is a lot of Protein powder

    Hi guys,
I know its a bit of a boring question but I wanted to ask on this quality forum.

I have been jamming on the old Whey recently (mainly wp-concentrate but also with some isolate blended in) and just get a bit concerned about it being harsh on the kidneys.

gains have been acceptable but I do worry that the powders are somewhat synthetic and I feel that I should maybe layoff them for a while and go for some extra steaks & chicken etc..

whats the general consensus here about this?
btw, I am in my 30's so not an 'ultra efficient' teen or early 20's man.

finally, can too much protein powders cause break outs of large spots on the back (not acne)? or could this be additives like Aspartame??

    any help much appreciated.

    regards Ice

ps, of course I use Creatine & Glut but no gear

Its not due to protein, and protein powder is not synthetic.
