How to take it.....
Hello all,
Is there a right or wrong way of taking Syngex 1 and 2 when beginning a cycle?
I am starting my cycle tomorrow and I would like to know if I can take Syngex 1 and 2 all at the same time or should I wait 1 to take the other.

Use one and the use the other...simple. Take 4 cc of Syngex I and put in mouth...hold for a minute or two. Take 4 cc of Syngex II and put in mouth...hold for a min or two.
Repeat 6-7 hrs later.

I ordered from dps and going to start my cycle tomorrow when I get the products!!
I am very excited to start it!!
Note: I went to vpx photo gallery to see where were u gpro but couldn’t find it!!!!
