    Should I Drop The Creatine??

I have been on this current creatine cycle for approximately 2 months. I was going to cycle off it for a month but I just started a 4 week 1-AD cycle which I'm one week into. So I have stayed on it, as I want to maximize my gains and wish not to lose any strength, as I fear all my strength will be lost when I go off it. But I know that it should be cycled, and maybe I could go off it but then load again after my 1-AD cycle is done. That should help me retain what I've gained off the 1-AD and that also allows a three week break to recover a bit.

What should I do?? Stay on it and continue through untill a few weeks after my 1-AD is done, or cycle off and start up again in a couple weeks??

If you need to cycle, go off it while on 1-AD. That way it'll help maintain what you gained while on 1-AD. But, you can stay on it at all times. When you would normally cycle off creatine, just reduce your intake by 75%. That way your body will always have more available than your system will be actively producing.
