pox?
This morning I woke up with little red spots all over... not bumps... spots. Looks like I could have had a reaction from somethin so I thought I'd ask you smarties if you could see any problems...
Yesterday am I took the usual 1 Clenbutrx, 3 fish oil, 1 r-ala, 1 tbls Leptigen in Isopure shake.
Yesterday lunchtime I bought these generic brand Menstral cramp pills but they just have Acetaminophen and a diuretic called Pamabrom, I took 2.
Yesterday evening I pulled a bunch of weeds... I'm allergic to Poison Sumac but haven't had that kind of reaction today. Got in the pool for a minute hoping the chlorine would wash off anything I might be allergic to. Took a warm shower. Applied tanning lotion and tanned for 30 mins. Took another warm shower. Applied Lipoderm-Y... inadvertently inhaled someWent to bed.
And this morning... red spots... go figure!
ANY opinions???

Any other symptoms (fever, itchiness, etc)?
Usually when you get that kind of reaction it is some kind of toxin trying to leave the body through the skin...either that or an irritation due to a new skin product...have you changed soaps recently or anything else that touches your skin?
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.
I was told that if you touch poison ivy, sumac, oak, etc, that you should wash in cold water, not warm. Warm water opens the pores and that's the last thing you want to do, as the oils from the poison vegetation can penetrate the skin easier.
Sorry I don't have a solution to your problem.
No, no other symptoms. No new products either.
I've had the chicken pox.
I first washed off in the very cold water of the swimming pool before hitting the shower maybe 30 mins later.
I'm thinking it's a combination of plant exposure and the tanning bed![]()

Tanning bed could very possibly be one of the links. Those things used to do that to me too. Sometimes, i get something like that and I'll take a benedryl. Many tiime that will at least give some relief if it was itching alot due to some sort of allergy.
