Question for gopro and vpx Micellean Protein™

    Hi
I have a quickk question for you since you seem the one to ask about vpx products. i just got Micellean Protein™ and i am wondering how many serving should i take a day. Since i was on nlarge and was taking 2 shakes a day according to the label around 150 grms of protein a day. (with all that garbage that came with it) and what ever i got from food. I am also taking necar after each workout (1 serving). i weigh about 155 now. So since Micellean Protein™ is a longer lasting protein can i get away with taking 2 serving, eventhou it says it s only has 20 grms of protein on the label.

Also do you know how much glutamine is in each serving i could not find it on the label. sorry if i am not making much sense

    thanks for your time

Since you weigh 155 you should shoot for at least that many grams of protein per day. You need to figure out about how many grams you get from food in order to determine how much powder you need. Micellean is an excellent choice and will do well for your muscle building efforts. Each scoop is 20 g of protein with about 2 g of glutamine. For someone of your size, 2 scoops at each serving should be about right. That would give you 40 g of protein twice per day, or 80 g total, + your Nectar and your food. Add it up to figure out your total protein intake.

I am taking the Micellean MRP and could not be more pleased. Just thought I would add that.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Its not the best tasting out there but its still pretty darn good. Actually, VPX is testing new flavors now. They are going to do a cinammon graham cracker that is outstanding!
