I've been using creatine off and on for a few years (much more ON than off). It definitely helps my muscle stamina in the gym. I have not experienced any side effects whatsoever. Some people complain of upset stomaches, but I've never experienced that. I've been off creatine for a couple months now. When I stopped, I felt weaker and sluggish during my workouts. I'll be going back on in the next few weeks.

...just my experience!

Thumbs up

Yes it works.
It's one of the only supplements that actually has scientific evidence to support it.
Definitely not a waste of money.

I would say of all the supps out there, you get the most bang for the buck with creatine. It's cheap and it works.

It works for me. I've got more stamina, strength and recovery is quick. I've gained about 10lbs since I started on creatine.(MAY 2001) Granted it's mostly a bunch of water weight, but the pluses have been worth it. Not looking forward to cycling off and getting the symptoms IAB was describing. Look for a quality creatine if you're going for it.

I use EAS Phosphagen. I believe I paid around 38 bucks for 1400 grams. If you take 10 grams a day that would last you 140 days, and come out to .27 cents a day.

Thats not cheap?

You take 10 grams per day? Don't you think that's a bit excessive?

Prince, I have been taking 5 grams on non-workout days and 10 on the days I work out. It was just easier to figure at 10 grams every day.

That's still excessive, Charger.
