Question Detrimental?

Is it detrimental to be taking an ephederine stack while also taking Creatine and Glutamine? I'm trying to get a bit leaner during the next 2 months before a 4-5 month bulking phase.

No, but there is some controversy about taking creatine within a few hours of taking caffeine.

I usually work out in the morning and take the creatine/glutamine right after the workout (7:30) in a shake, so maybe wait until noon to take the Ephederine?

I have read it also, so I stoped using caffeine. After I stopped taking Bio 6 I started drink caffeine free soda and no more coffee. Can't hurt anyway.

Yes it's ok.

The caffience hindering creatine absorbtion is 100% bollox, in fact taking caffiene with creatine can improve creatine absorbtion.
