1-AD / 6-Oxo
I am getting ready to start a 4-5 week cycle of 1-AD. I have gone through the forums and found mixed details on 6-Oxo for the post 1-AD cycle.
Should I take 6-Oxo following my 1-AD cycle and if so, how long and how much of it should I take following my 4-5 week 1-AD cycle.

6-oxo:
Week 1: 600mg/day
Week 2: 400mg/day
Week 3: 300mg/day
(optional) Week 4: 300mg/day
