Post My Psycho Stack

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS

Here's what I've been using lately.

AM pre-cardio
2 Xenadrene
2 1g Glutamine

AM post-cardio
1 2g Vitamin C
1 GNC Mega Men
2 CLA
1 1g Vitamin E
1 InsuLean
1 1g HMB

PM mid-afternoon (post-Lunch / pre-snack)
2 1g glutamine
1 1g HMB
2 Xenadrene
2 CLA

PM pre-workout
2 1g glutamine
1 InsuLean

PM post-Workout
1 1g glutamine
1 1g HMB
2 CLA
1 GNC Mega Men
1 1g Vitamin E

PM right before bed
3 GNC ZMA
2 AlphaDopa

This is my cutting stack, for bulking I substitute the InsuLean with 2 Methodoxy and add Creatine after my workout. I tried the andros once but hated them so got off them immediately.

BTW: I drink a gallon to a gallon and a half of water each day with this to insure proper hydration and no unwanted build up of supplements.

Yea, I know. But its become a psychological thing now. What I need is someone to make cheep sugar pills that are "guarenteed to fulfil your every bodybuilding need"

Herc, what is your training routine and diet routine? I think we've all gone through this stage, usually because lack of results, perhaps me and a few others here can help you solve that without it being at your expense....

That's where the psycholigical part comes in. I've made great gains while taking it; However, during the same time period I've changed my diet (from 3 to 6 meals a day + lots more protein and carbs), Joined a new gym (lots more equipment and free weights + personal trainers to develop workouts), Broke up with my girlfriend (more time to workout), Lived in Japan (Protein every meal and Japaneese TV = lots of time to workout), and got a new Job (less Stress)

So was it the supplements or everything else or both?
