    Name your top-three supplements..

I prefer protein, creatine and some type of fat burner.
This may be a redundant thread and apologize if it offends anyone...

Likewise I am going to call "protein powder" kind of a given so I just call it part of the diet now

Ginkgo biloba for the brain, it really does work, I recall things much better while using it and it sharpens me up a bit overall. It is used for "circulation improvement" in the body and supposedly most specifically the brain.

I'd say protein is probably the only thing I couldn't live without. Otherwise, if I were to list my regular supplements, the list would be too long.
