Vitamin B5(Pantothenic acid) and muscle mass

    Hello,

I was just wondering if anybody knows whether vitamin B5 has an effect on muscle gain potential.
I've been working out for about a year now(gained 14 pounds)and just recently started taking B5 tablets(about 2 g per day)to help control acne and oil production(working well),but unfortunately I haven't seen any muscle gains over this period.
    Any ideas??

    Regards

None that I know of. People often run a loading phase 4-6g per day then drop down to 1-2g, this can be for months on end and I dont hear lack of gains because of it.
