I just a few quick questions. I am new to serious training and I am very motivated. I have made very good progress with no supplementing, but I would like to take it to the next level.
I have just recently started taking a Whey Protien supplement and am considering supplementing with Creatine additionally.
Is it safe to take these two supplements at the same time? (I would be using the protien right before my morning workout and both the Protien and the Creatine right after my morning workout)
I have heard about supplementing with Glutamine as well. What if any positive effects does it offer? Are there any suggestions as to a good brand of glutamine?
Of the three supplements, which do you feels offers the most benefit? Does anyone have a thoughts on the multi-supplement powders?

YES, most people that take creatine take whey as well
the combination of whey and creatine is probably the best legal stack for adding lean muscle
glutamine is good also, both of the creatine products i use include a 10g daily serving of it
I take AST Micronized Creatine (soft like baking powder!) and Optimum Nutrition Whey. I have read from articles on BodyBuilding.com that protien and creatine fight for the same receptors (something that you may not be concerned with) so i take mine 45 minutes to an hour apart.
Anybody else hear of receptor fights w/ these two supplements???
