    Is it ok to make your protein shake the night before or should i just get up earlier?

    basically just wondering. Is it bad to do? thanks for your feed back and time.

    I have made it the night before, froze it, then thawed it out just before my workout. I think it is o.k.

    I think you would have to shake/ stir it in the morning, where I used to work I had whey first thing in the morning and mixed it the night before and the powder seems to settle
