Anyone hear of this?...Help needed

Its some kinda stack. I have a friend that doesnt have an internet connection and wanted me to ask ya guys about this. Its not extremely descriptive, so i tend to be kinda weary. Anyways please post your opinions on it...

I can't say I've heard anything positive about Jeff's legal stuff unfortunately, but who knows, I have not tried the stuff myself.

well i just wanted to know what exactly it is.... also is it a good price? A buddy of mine is gettin into lifting and is big into starting on supplements right away (against my advice) but anyways im asking what it is exactly, and if its a good price.
