Methoxybol-7 VS ZMA which one to buy?

    Does S,A.N Methoxybol-7 Anabolic-Activator (5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone: 200.00mg, Inoecdysterone: 200.00mg) work? Anyone tried it?

    Does ZMA work?

I´ve read that more then 30 mg of Zink can lead to the non-absorption of other minerals?

If I were to buy one, which of them would you recommend?

I bought some ZMA tuesday (10-14) and i guess it's ok. It did not knock me out like Nyquil does but i notice i don't wake up during the night so i do sleep better and wake up the same. Bout 7 hours of sleep a night and then a 2 hour nap. Make sure with ZMA you take on an empty stomch with NO calcium. I bought Twinlab's ZMA for $20 at my LSS.

LSS (Local Supplement Store). Yea NYquil (the anti-coughing stuff) always put me to sleep fast. ZMA just makes sure i don't wake up 8 times during the night like i usually do. Some say you have vivid dreams while taking this stuff, yet i have not or atleast can't remember if i do!!!
