Products by Avant Labs: Suggestions wanted/Needed

Hi.

I've been looking into avant lab products and have stumbled across, Topical Cosmetic Gel. My plan is to switch from ProLab to Avant. Reason: Leslie looks so darn good, it's killing me not to try Avant out. I've heard nothing but good things about Avant and I willing to switch and take notes.

Does anyone know what this is and what it does?

Another question: For Avant Labs customers only: What products are you currently taking, why and what does it do?

I think for now, I need a good protein, something that has Creatine and Glute in one item (cause I forget to take the glute), and a good vitamin pack. What do you think???

One more ?: Sorry. I know this is probably annoying. My goal by January/Feb is to lower my current b/f and put some size on. Not too much though. If you were my trainer, what supplements would you strongly recommend for me? If you don't know my history, you can check out my Online Journal in the IM Competition Arena.

thanks everyone

Topical Cosmetic Gel(they have several) are for your own custom formulations. You add the PH of choice. Or fat burner of choice.

I've been using Leptigen and Absolved. Check out the thread "Leptigen Feedback" in the supplements forum for results.

So, with the gel, you'd use it either with PH of choice or fat burner? Which would you prefer?

Oh......If TP is reading this....Do you have anything to tighten up the skin? I usually use Prep H. Just wondering if there is anything else I should consider or you may have?

They are totally different products. Like nor-aderm and Lipoderm.
You could do it yourself with some 19 nor powder and yohimbe powder.

How would i know how much to mix?

She just turned 8 in July. I'm sure she wants to swear, but just doesn't know the right words yet. No doubt that will change in the next year or two.

So you get a little stressed out, perhaps? I can imagine, as I also have a son 8 years old. Sometimes the two of them get going at each other, raising quite a racket.

I hear ya. How do you handle it with out blowing your top.

I'm constantly reminding my oldest that she's not the mother of my 3 year old. It goes in one ear and out the other. Then, I have mouthy 3 year old that mimics me when I ask the oldest to do something and if she doesn't jump on it, my 3 year old is bossing and yelling. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I swear, they spend more time in the corner or on time out. I told them if they keep acting like they don't want anything to do with each other and continue to pick and argue. I'm going to sit the both of them down indian style for a couple minutes with their legs wraped around each other, while hugging and giving each other kisses on the cheek, saying,,,,I love you sissy and I'm sorry. I just don't know if I'm ready to put myself through that torture yet.

I forgot they were 8. Does it get easier or harder?

18 mos is much easier than the first year.

It gets a little easier for the next couple of years. The feedings get a little further apart and they can start to eat real food. They're happy to have you around and they are learning new things constantly.

Some things get easier, since as they get older, they can start doing some things for themselves (getting dressed, cleaning their room, washing, feeding themselves, etc) but with increased coordination comes more things they can into trouble doing. Plus they are more dangerous to each other, should they start to fight. They can entertain themselves much better now than when they were younger.

They're also starting to think and reason more and beginning to assert their independence. You've got to learn which battles you are going to win and which ones you can let them win.
