I know it's a form of Creatine, and just like a Protein Shake, it should be consume after workouts. However...
Should I consume Creatine/Cell Tech first or my Whey once a workout is over? ------------------ Work hard, play hard, and sleep well. |

Get your creatine in right after your workout and your protein about 30 minutes later-

Thanks. One more question, is there any difference between the Creatine you chew in tablet form and the one you drink?

The creatine chews don't usually have as much sugar or 'transport systems' than the creatine drinks.

Preparing whey protein before hand is fine, but mixing up creatine and letting it sit around for a while is not. Creatine breaks down in water, I would drink it as soon as you mix it up. The last time I bought cell-tech, I would put it in an empty water bottle and take it to the gym, then as soon as I finished my work-out I would just go to the water fountain, shake it up and drink it.

Yeah, that Cell Tech contains alot of sugar, damn now I gotta control my diet even more ![]() [/quote] you need the carbs with your creatine to get the insulin spike necessary to get the creatine into your muscles. plus, it's the best and most important time to replenish your glycogen stores (right after working out). as the others said, mix up the creatine and drink it immidiately. |

Hi again guys, I'm back with a few more questions.
Been using Cell Tech for a few days now, and... 1) For instance if I manage to gain size after using this Cell Tech, what will happen if I stop using it in the future? Will I lose all the size gained? 2) I read that the record for Creatine has been very safe. And Cell Tech is also a form of creatine. However, does that makes Cell Tech a safe product? Or will it cause any harmful effects (for instance Cancer or anything?)? If you stop using cell-tech you will not lose all the size you gained, but you will lose some. Remember alot of the weight you gain is water weight.
As far as I know cell-tech is very safe. The creatine is safe, so is the sugar, the alpha lipoic acid I don't know much about. ------------------ -Crowman MASS ABOVE ALL |
