finally giving in..
so hard to get the protein i need each day.. lol.. so i'm gonna buy some optimum whey.. it's too much of a task to get enough protein and i figure that i'm lifting so hard but i'm limited by my lack of protein, so might as well get the most out of it.. any of you guys recommend any other wheys?
