    growth pills??

i'm wondering if anyone knows anything on the IM board bout growth pills!! and not as in penis length haha

i'm not soo comforatble with my height and i've heard of a company 'heightmax' - 'www.heightmax.com' - which talks bout supplements to increase your height!

at 5 foot 6 i feel quite a weak person and have no confidence in myself right now...

just wondered if anyone could give me any information on 'growing taller', haha ,
as i'm 18, and quite active and well balanced diet..i know that it aint lack of food/nutrients.

as you can probably tell i'm really confused on the matter..but i'm sure with quite a few people, tht sometimes it feels good to be that extra couple inches taller than the other people around you.
    especially in the gym

    thnx,

    danny

p.s. i've heard tht some exercises help your grow taller which really is 'stretching the limbs/cartalidge appart' like the example of rings round the neck in africa etc
    any suggestions??

So you are going to wear rings around your legs for the rest of your life? There is no excersize that is going to make you grow, once your growth plates are fused you are done. This is an estrogen induced action, I am 6'2" and my brother is 5'6", it happens.

By the way, if they take the rings off thier neck they have almost no neck muscle strength at all. Supposedly the neck muscles are so weak they risk death to remove the rings, I have seen it done once on TV by an asian woman.

How old are you? Growth hormone and anti-aromatase have been used in some young people, but if your past 17/18 then I would say your hope is lost. Find a doctor and they can tell you if the growth plates are fused or not, and they can also measure bones in your hand to tell you how tall you will become when full grown.
