Would these work, or disagree with eachother?

Thinking about going to some supplements (never used them before) just to jump start me back to where I was 2 years ago. :\

Anyways would
GNC Total Lean &
GNC Creatine (Chewable)

work?

Or would they kinda counter act eachother at all? What kind of side affects might i experince taking both?

Did a search, but can't narrow it down to find what I'm looking for really.

Thanks

They wont contradict eachother, creatine is not going to seriously effect your bodyfat, unless its something like cell tech and has tons of sugar.

Youll be fine.

BTW GNC is really expensive, try www.massnutrition.com

Hmm... as far as creatine, AST makes great products and I believe everyone on the board would pretty much agree on them as a reputable company.

Their creatine HSC is what im using right now, and Im very happy with it.

As far as a thermogenic, thats gonna have to be ur call, but I would personally recommend either dymetrine Extreme by AST OR Clenubrx/Redline by VPX... they both kick serious buttocks

One more, which kind of creatine is the most effective? Like taking it as pills, chewable tablets, in your water / drink? Would be kind of annoying to always have to drink it. (I remember a few people in weight lifting class, always had a bottle of water with them throughout the whole school day... and i'm sure thats kinda annoying)

Thanks

Well if you think carrying around a water bottle is annoying, wait until you learn you need to eat 6 to 8 meals a day, and only certain foods at that :P Bodybuilding is a discipline, and carrying around a water bottle is probably the most basic and easiest thing your gonna have to do, if you want to add serious muscle.

As far as creatines... I would say the powder. Creatine Serum is junk and is proven to be so. I never have had the pills, but the powder is tried and true. Remember, drink the creatine with grapejuice or another fruit juice with moderate sugar. Sugar helps spike insulin, which delivers creatine to your muslces much more effeciently. Just dont go crazy and eat two candybars, that will only make u fat.

As I said, Creatine HSC is by far the best I have ever used. Give it a try. Powder works.
