Some people swear by it, others say it sux

I still believe its all dependant on the person taking it. Its actually pretty cheap, so if youve never tried a thermogenic, then it may be a good one to start on.

There may be a lot of people who disagree but i took it for one month and lost 20 pounds with a very strict diet. I switched to hydorxycut and I like ripped fuel a lot better, but It all depends on the person.

I wouldnt use it for a dietary supplement, but I usually just throw 2 rip fuel down before a work out for extra energy, works ok for me.

    Take Stack2 "www.mdoubleyou.com", and it's ECA..
works better than anything I tried..

or, get Xenadrine EFX, it comes in second place for me..

I recommend using Ripped Fuel as an energy booster before your workout, but in my opinion use something else as a fat burner. When you are cutting and using a fat burner stop using Ripped Fuel. Use your fat burner before your workout as well as throughout the day as directed. I have done this for the past 6 years.
