    4-Androstenediol

I'm new to supplementing, I have been doing whey protein and creatine for about 6 months and have seen some nice results... being the typical American I am, I want bigger and faster... so I bought a bottle of ECA stack and a bottle of 300 mg pills 4-Androstenediol to do a ~3 week test cycle to see if I could build some lean muscle mass while losing a small amount of fat...

I have read some threads about 1-ad and 6-oxo and different types of effects some of these prohormones have... my question is after seeing what I have already purchased (but haven't started taking yet) do you think I should take them and finish the bottles or just take it as a loss and buy something else...

I know that alot of factors come into play here... and as an FYI I'm 5'11" and around 175 pounds... I'm guessing I'm a bit over 10% body fat but definitely less than 15... I eat around 2500-3000 calories a day averaging about 150-200 grams of protein a day...

    Thanks
    Are you kidding me????

It all depends on the type/brand 4-ad you have. Oral such as capsule, take it back.

orally you need 800-1200 mg/day at least. Maybe more to see results.

they are 300 mg capsules and recommended dosage is 3 a day... so that would put me in that 800-1200 range... I really don't need anything too drastic, so if it's a bit tame, maybe that's all for the better...
