    Question whats the importance of flax seed oil or fish oil??

    i been hearing people talk about flax seed oil etc. i was wondering what exactly does it help in doing. Is it that is helps absorb protein to the muscles?? If so could a little vegetable oil or something like that do the same if i put a little bit in my protein shake?? just curious want maximukm absorption

    They both contain Essential Fatty Acids. This is very healthy and "essential" stuff! Do a search and find the myriad of benefits!
