    Tribulus Question

Is it true that there is no real limit to how much trib u can take, as it will not cause any sides (to a point). What I mean is, I heard the more u take, the better it works, and the limit is high (like you could probably take like 5000mg a day). I really don't think that would be a good idea, as the general consensus is that 750mg is the minimum, and 3000mg is the maximum daily does, but this is what i have heard. i just satrted taking tribulus (I'm taking a trib/zma product). It's SciFit's Ultra Methxtra. Its got trib, zma, l-dopa (if I remember corrrectly), ala, methoxyflavones or whatever they're called, etc. It contains 1000mg trib per serving; I take 2 servings before bedtime, so 2000g trib, and about 34mg zinc, and 450mg magnesium. I was thinking of adding a stand alone tribulus product to this stack (a couple pills upon awakening). Would this be a waste?

I'm currently in a 1-AD post-cycle, thats why I am taking trib/zma. I am also taking an anti-estrogen. Ant why do you say this product doesn't work? Have you used it before, or were you referring to just tribulus? i know many people say trib is ineffective, but I believe if its high quality and ina high enough dose, it can be quite effective at stimulating LH and thereby increasing T levels.

there have not been any studies that show tribulus is a test enhancer in any way

6-oxo is an anti-e. i am taking an anti-e already, I stated that in my first post.

As for your comment about no studies showing that trib increases test, I qoute "Clinical studies in the past using Bulgarian Tribulus revealed that herbal extracts of the material elevated levels of LH (Luteinizing Hormone), FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) and Estradiol. As the levels of these hormones is increased so too is Testosterone, sperm production and libido and well as positive changes in cholesterol, mood, and self-confidence. "

I also didn't get much off 1-AD and thats supposed to be amazing.....in 4 weeks i got maybe a 7lb weight gain but i upped calories, protein and training intensity and volume when I started the cycle, so I don't think it was all 1-AD......plus I seem to be gaining a bit of fat.............my strength did shoot up a lot though.....
