no2 is ok..i mean it will work if you follow the cycle that they recommend...its the best nitric oxide supp. out there...nitrix is an ok supp. also...the only really good thing about no2 is that u never get sore and you have the perpetual pump

    No2

I have a buddy at work who used it and though it was good to go. I guess I'll have to give it a whirl and see for myself. I'll post the results if anyone is interested.

Well I dunno Jay, you weren't all that happy about it so I'd rather spend 60.00 on something that is really worth that kind of money like 1-T and or a few other VPX products I have my eye on. I'm kinda leaning away from this now thanks to all you guys.

So far, not a whole lot. I feel a good pump, but that could be the AST Creatine HSC which is really good stuff IMO. But lemme give it at least a week, and if you have any questions, IM me.

I am trying to just take about 12g or L-arginine which is what NO2 is, and I'll see if that works. It is really cheap so if it doesnt work it isnt that big of a deal. I read on this thread that NOX3 is acutally better than the NO2 and cheaper. Can be found at dpsnutrition.net I believe

I've heard mixed opinions on this product...

Personally from my experience, I had a roomate that took the stuff and he couldn't see any visible results, he said he felt a slight pump, but wasn't sure if it was a placebo effect or not. If you were to get the stuff really cheap, I would say, what the heck try it, but at anything close to it's real price you could go with much better supplements or stock up on your basics!

Myself and my workout partner have both been on No2 for about a month and a half. We have both seen moderate results. Strength wise we have both shot up a great deal in the first 2-3 weeks of taking it. We took pictures last month and plan to do so at the first of each month to really see if there is any great improvement. I'll let you know as the weeks go by.

Spartan you need to be off creatine for 10 days then start NO2, take it for 7-10 days then go back on creatine. There is book you can get for $1 at GNC that has a bunch of stuff in it about NO2
