    Solid Workout...

Today I took about 7 grams of creatine monohydrate 30 mins prior to workout... and 3 table spoons of peanut butter, some generic BCAA type supplement, and a regular dose of ECA one hour before workout and drank a bunch of water...

I've never had a workout this good... I'm pretty pumped right now... I also started taking a pretty good MRP.. did one this morning one right now and 2 yesterday... (doing 2 a day) also started an EFA supplement yesterday...

Just wanna say... ECA+Creatine+good nutriotional day+lots of water=one hell of a workout... wooo weee...
    Are you kidding me????

I went the cheap route... I used Champion Ultramet (chocolate flavor) I know that there are better MRP's... but so far, I really like this one... At the Vitamin Shoppe near my house they had some in the discount bin and after reading the nutrional label, it seemed like a good deal at 25 bucks for 20 packets...
