    Question Need some supplements suggestions

What are some good supplements to stack together if looking to lose weight, get toned, and in shape.

I wanted to take like protein, and a fat burner. I wanted to know which is a good protein brand to take and fat burner, and if there was anything else that'd be good to take with it.

I m trying to stay away from roids and andro.

    there's TONS of good things...

    To keep it very simple...

Take a protein blend... just look for a good deal by a recognizable manufacturer that isn't just pure whey... needs to have casein too...

Glutamine and Creatine are nice if you weight lift...

Guggulobolic from syntrax is good fat burner also stacking this with an ephedra based fat burner will net very good fat loss

Other notables... Essential Fatty Acid supplement.. (omega 3,6,9)
    Branch Chained amino acids... Multivitamin...
    Are you kidding me????

Don't get frustrated. Read the boards for people's recomendations. Make sure you stick with a reputable company. Don't go with companies that sell unproven supps.
