    Exclamation So many choices

There are so many supliments on the market all being "miracle pills" ugh how is a kid gonna know whats best hehe

I just wanted to know what would be a good stack to take, like good protein, fat burner, and anything else I might need to help me in my workout and diet.

Just stick with the proven basics. There is alot of bullshit supplements out there with clever marketing to make them sound great.

These are some of the proven supps that you can't go wrong with:

Meal Replacement Powder (should be #1 on your list beside multivitamin)

    Protein Powder

    Creatine

    Glutamine

There are some fat burners that work as well containing the ECA stach however these are quickly coming off the shelves because of the controversy of ephedra.

Can you recommend which meal replacement powder, Creatine, Glutamine, and fat burner would be the best to use. I m gonna research, but this might just help me out alot more. The only fat burners I ve found that honestly work are ones that contain ephedra, such as stacker 2 and trimspa w/ ephedra.

Right now the best fat burner IMO is Syntrax Guggulbolic extreme!
