    Joyride bars

Anyone try one of these yet? It is the next in the series of Next Protein's "protein candy bars." (Detour, U-Turn, and One Way are the others).

The Joyride bar tastes great! It is the equivalent of an Almond Joy, and I love coconut. However, the Joyride bar is very rich and has a whopping 340 calories and 12g fat to go with the 30g protein. Have a glass of water close by if you're going to eat one.

I have had the detour and u turn and they are both great. The u turn taste just like a babyruth. I think that they are more fatening and have much more carbs than say a eas advant edge carb control bar. For taste detour and u turn and the joy ride take the cake.

Yeah, the ads kind of grab a man's attention.

I have been eating these bars, but I plan on stopping because I want to begin to cut.
