Question N-Large II.... milk or water?

hey all, I know this seems like an awfully silly question, but am I spose to be mixing my N-Large from Prolab with milk or water? For the life of me I can't figure it out, and I WOULD just go on taste but I want to be sure the label content jives with what I'm putting in my mouth, ya know? Oh, and it also didn't say how MUCH of ANY liquid to use... wacky huh? Thanks!

If you just want what the label says, mix it with water. If you add milk, you can add in some protein, calories, fat and carbs. BTW,it has a ton of sugar. It will add alot of bf, so be careful.

what dg said is true about the sugar i got of the stuff my self after being on it for 2 months. I used water and thru in some frozen strawberries. got sick of thte taste after awhile. Also i used to put in 12oz of water and mixed it in a blender all the time. how many scoops are you puting in at a time? and how many times are you taking it a day? the label say sgo by desired thickness. less water means somethings towards a mc donalds milk shake thickness.
