proper way to use 1-test, creatine, glut and myo-blast csp3

I am currently using myo-blast csp3, glutamine, and creatine. I was wondering if 1-test would go good with this combo and how should I take each one through out the day. thanks

I am 29, just started working out again about 2 months ago after a 4 year lay off. For fyi purposes, I am 5'11, 210 with about 12% bf. I have been taken the myo-blast for 2 months already and got started on the creatine and glut about 2 weeks ago.

The proper way to use the myobalst is to get a refund and get more protein to compliment your creatine and glutamine. If you choose to use 1-test go with VPX. They are the leaders of the pack.

Agreed. Myoblast is about as valuable as Boron.

But if you love Boron, by all means I have some wonderful swamp land in Florida you'd love.

This isnt really related to this thread but if Myoblast really did work how it is suppose to at an extreme level you wouldnt even be able to brush your teeth you would be so big, you would would make Coleman look like a light weight (well maybe a light heavy weight) which would be unbelievably cool.... for about a month or so. Look up some medical research on double muscling, and myostatin if this interests you, Belgium Blue and Pedmontese cattle experience this, just something to chew on.

GP had an exclusive thread on his use and gained zilch! It is a waste of money. Don't believe everything you read. That is what the supp companies are banking on!

1-Testosterone. Take 150-400 mg daily, spread out evenly if oral or twice a day if transdermal.

Glutamine. if you are cutting or otherwise have money to burn take 20-30 grams a day. 20 post workout and 6-10 before bed.

Creatine. Take 10 grams post workout.

Myo-blast csp3. Flush it down the toilet.

I just finished reading the thread from GP. When I bought it, i read that it would take time to pay off. So either they are saying that to make you buy more and more or that it truely will take 4 , 6 or 12 months to pay off. I am willing to give it 4 months. I am 2 months into the project and have not gained any weight but I have loss some weight and gained some muscles off setting each other. Dont know if it has anything to do with the Myo-blast or not.

OK guys just so you know the idea behind inhibiting the myostatin gene or at least getting it to "malfunction" would more than work I have some websites. I have an entire report on it but it is on a CD somewhere. What happens in these cattle is an allele in a the myostatin gene is mutated and doesnt work properly. THe gene is suppose to regulate muscle growth. I was really excited when supplement companies finally did something with this but i couldnt imagine them makingit that powerful. Anyway here are the websites some are pictures of mice which were genetically mutated so their myostatin gene and in most cases a specific allele on the gene would be altered, enjoy:
