Egg is a great protein. The advantage to whey is that it gets absorbed quicker. I would definately use the egg it is a super high quality protein.
I had a customer order a 2lb container of Optimum 100% Egg Protein, and then decided to get the whey instead. Now I have this Egg protein sitting here. Any thoughts on the difference between the 2? Are there any benifits to egg over whey? If it any good, I'll use it myself.

Likewise, the advantage to egg is that it takes so long to digest, around 4 hours I believe.
Just got back from the gym and one of the guys at the gym snagged my egg protein. I may order more and make it a regular item.
Great for taking before going to bed.


ProteinCustomizer probably beats those pricesI haven't seen stuff in jugs priced well for egg.
