    whey protein's... (whats your best/favourite?)

    I've been taking the same protein supplement (promax from MM) for the past 2 years now, they use a biomax formula (which is found in many of their products, some of which i've tried)

    Its great stuff, great taste n' all, but I wouldn't mind trying something different, too much of the same thing can get a lil boring

    American companies I've heard of include MET-Rx, LA Muscle, Prolab, AST and EAS

    I like the look of AST VP2 (has a lot of protein and hardly any carbs/fat in it), and the MET-Rx protein plus (its all over 'any given sunday', so it must be pretty damm good)

    what do you guys use? obviously i want something that tastes nice and will give results

    the labrada mentioned is a mrp not protein powder.

    by the way, i really liked the mm promax you mentioned but couldn't buy it at a discount online so i only used it once.

    beverly international muscle provider tastes great and is good stuff but too expensive.

    i usually go with optimum b/c of price but i don't love the taste.

    Syntrax Nectars are good, Beverly International Muscle Provider, and Bio Pro by Global Formulas (relatively new company, about a year old or so).

    In no particular order, I like the following:

    * Beverly International Muscle Provider or Ultra Size

    * Cytosport EVOPRO

    * Jay Robb Whey

    * Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey

    * EAS Simply Protein

    I like Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey. High quality, not expensive, tastes good (double chocolate), mixes easily in a shaker bottle.
