Need help finding a quality mass mrp
Its been hard for me to find a good quality Mass Mrp. Most of the ones I read about have too much sugar, and too much fat.
Im looking for a quality mass powder, with low sugar, and low fat, as I would like it to have quality carbs and plenty of calories. Im tryin to add some muscle here fellas, not fat :P Anyone have any recommendations. Thanks Dave |

Mixing any MRP w/ skim milk would make a good mass shake. You can also add peanut butter or another "healthy fat" into this mix. Muscle milk is also a good choice.
