I only put it on my feet- ankles and wear socks because got a little one around the house and it works fine.Too messy to put everywhere not to mention strong and does burn in some places.
Oh and it's best to wash hands immediately so you don't get it in your eyes,nose and mouth.Burns eyes like hell,I know.

hey i am interested in your results with the s1+ because i am thinking also of getting this for my second cycle after 1-AD so keep me updated we are pretty much the same size from what i understand. i am 5'10 175. also what kind of calories are u taking i am planning on uping my calories to about 3400 cals about 300 grams of protein 300 grams carbs.

I didn't have any major gains because I was cycling carbs but calories were about 3,000.I did however gain strength and some muscle mass.Next cycle I would up the carbs and eat even more protein etc.I definitely felt incredibly pumped.

i want to put on muscle mass and get stronger with putting on least amount of fat as possible. but when done with cycle i also want to keep both my strength and lean muscle i put on

It's very tough to pull off because the S1 has 4AD which tends to bulk the gut area while on a cycle.I think it's better not to be too concerned with fat gain on a cycle because you can cut after.Just eat the right amount of calories and carbs protein ratio in balance for gains.
Actually after my cycle I pretty much crashed,meaning that I felt weaker and a bit tired,but that's just me of course.It took a few days to get back to normal.Iv'e kept some gain and have been losing fat on the carb cycling.Protein must be kept at about 250-300 before and after S1 cycle,also take 6oxo.Don't expect any amazing gain results of lean mass but you will feel very strong and make some gain.And of course retention is a tough act.Depends on your body reaction to diet,training etc.I think age is also a factor,I'm 49 but look and fell much younger.Bets of luck!
