    help with creatine

    I tried looking already but I need to know . when should I take creatine ? about an hour before the workout ?

    you'll hear people say directly after a workout and some say 30 mins before and directly after... then some will say 30 mins to an hour before workout only... IMO... I like 10g glutamine 30 mins before and 10g creatine directly after...
    Are you kidding me????

    I break mine up..........5g in the morning on an empty stomach and 5g post workout.
