    Nikegurl's Swole V2 Experience

Started taking Swole V2 yesterday. It's been about 8 months since I've used any creatine product. In the past I used a product called Creatine Clear which used a sodium transport system. That one tasted good but I was always debating whether it actually did anything for me. dvlmn666 tried it and I don't think he had much luck with that one (the Creatine Clear).

I'll be taking it twice a day. Once at night after training and once in the morning with my first meal. 1 scoop each time.

I have the orange and it tastes pretty good. I was told it tastes like Tang and that's pretty close. This morning I added it to my vanilla protein shake though and that tasted WAY better. Really yummy actually. (not just "pretty good" "ok" when I mix it in the shake)

Too soon to tell you much else but I'll log in here for anyone else thinking of trying it. I'm hoping to see some strength increase soon. (fingers crossed)

yes it's Orange! Thing is, I don' t mix it with water........

I scoop it up....dump it in mouth...gargle it up.....SWOLLOW.......then drink 16oz of water in 10 min. So for what little time I have to savor the taste, I can say it's pretty good.

I do the same thing with my glut powder.

I've been on it for almost 2 months now, about finished for awhile. I was excited when I got it because of what everyone says about it. After the first week I was really disappointed with it, I noticed no difference and was about to quit. Then all of a sudden after 1 1/2 weeks it hit me and my lifts starting going up and feeling the pumps. So, I like it. It took longer for it to kick in for me but I think that's more normal. Let us know how it goes!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Hold -- You've been informed of what it has done. Both Dg and I both explained this to ya bud.

    1 - tastes great
    2 - I can see the pumps
    3 - I can lift more
    4 - Yes I have water retention
5 - I don't know if it's SwoleV.2 doing it, but I don' t have any cravings for sweets or BAD carbs.
6 - My trainer is using it, he LOVES it. When he registers, he can speak for himself.
7 - it has increased my endurance, etc...what else do you want to know?

I've been using it now for a week.

i had no bloat at all with my prior creatine uses. i was so worried about that too. i trolled zillions of boards asking everyone about the bloat and water retention for weeks before i tried creatine.

i guess we're all different. i know in THEORY the cell volumization shouldn't put water under your skin but intracellular. i've still heard of people having bloating from it though.

luckily - hasn't happened with me in the past. i hope it won't with swole either.

    i'll keep everyone posted.

it hasn't quite been a week on swole v2. i'm definitely feeling more "pumped" in the gym. the tight feeling happens faster and lasts longer. i believe i have a bit more energy as well. weights haven't changed much but it's less than a week so hopefully they will. will update when i know more.

I've been on Swole V2 for about 5 weeks and haven't noticed much. Have increased the dosage by a half scoop and increased my carbs also. No bloating and I drink a gallon of water every day. Could be that the results are the same as creatine which I just came off of prior to switching to Swole. I had the unflavored variety the first time which has a weird taste. Got the orange this time and it does taste better, but if it works, taste shouldn't matter.

how much are you taking Rob_NC? i was told 1 scoop twice a day but my male training partner was instructed to use 2 scoops twice a day (which is not what it says on the container). that made a difference for him. just a thought...
