    Peanut Butter on PH cycle...

obviously I'm increasing my calories... and I have been endulging myself with peanut butter... my question is, how good or bad is a larger amount of peanut butter on a PH (1-test) cycle? I probably should have asked that before i started my cycle... doh...

Peanuts and peanut butter are a good way to get sufficient calories on your cycle. Just be careful as too many calories even while "on" can make you fat.
