How to cycle 1-AD?
Just going to start taking this stuff, first cycle. What is the recommended cycle and how long should I take it? Thanks

Looks to me like DG and Rock have already answered your question earlier. 4 weeks is a good cycle length for 1-AD, followed by a 3 week cycle of 6-OXO.
The blues had a baby, and they named it Rock and Roll
